Alyssa is GLAMOROUS

My name is Alyssa.  This is a photo of me snapped over the summer while waiting for a band we like to start playing again so we could dance.  I felt GLAMOROUS because I felt incredibly happy and healthy.  I was having such a good time dancing without worrying about impressing anyone.  It’s not often a woman completely let’s go of all her inhibitions and just has a good time.  For me to have experienced this rare moment in my life, encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!

Emily is GLAMOROUS!

My name is Emily and this is a photo of me on my wedding day.  I married a beautiful man on November 11, 2006.  I never felt more GLAMOROUS then I did on this day.  I think the dress played a part in it but, I think the biggest part of my GLAMOROUS day was being surrounded by so many loved ones and feeling that we are so very loved and blessed. For my friends, family, and new best friend for life to be a part of such a huge milestone in my life, encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!

Amanda is GLAMOROUS!

My name is Amanda.  I am (finally) a proud mother to Ashlynn.  She was born on October 31, 2010 … my little pumpkin!  This picture was taken shortly after she was born and all the nurses did their work to ensure she was cleaned up and healthy.  The moment I first looked into her beautiful eyes, I realized I had embarked upon the most GLAMOROUS phase of my life; Motherhood.  In my opinion, being a Mother encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!

Denise is GLAMOROUS!

My name is Denise and I’m 31 years old.  I took this photo recently, during a time when I finally got myself into a position where I could take better care of myself and my 3 year old daughter, Annabelle.  I also recently received a marriage proposal from a young love of mine that found his way back into my life after 10 years.  He makes me feel GLAMOROUS, so of course, I said yes!  I am learning that independence is a huge confidence booster; which encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!

Andrea is GLAMOROUS!

My name is Andrea.  I am 38 years old and a mother of now 2 beautiful girls (oldest is 7 and youngest is 9 months).  This picture was taken when I was 8 months pregnant with my second child.  So why did I pick this photo?  Well because with my first child I gained almost 60lbs and felt like I looked just horrible. So going in to my second pregnancy I had a lot of insecurities about my body –my boobs, butt and thighs you name it.   I certainly didn’t feel like I looked like a hot pregnant chick by any means with my second pregnancy.  Doing this photo shoot was a bit out of my comfort zone.  I am a pretty modest person so I really had to come out of my shell.  When I saw this photo myself doubt and insecurity about my body issues being pregnant didn’t seem to matter anymore. Maybe it was just the Boa but I felt pretty GLAMOROUS.  Pregnancy has to seriously be the most vulnerable time for any woman. Being a photographer, I got to see myself through someone else’s eyes and I deeply thank her for that.   I realized after seeing my pictures from my photo shoot that you are only as beautiful as you feel on the inside and on that day I was a super model.   For this photo shoot to teach me that you are only as GLAMOROUS as you allow yourself to feel, encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!

Stefanie is GLAMOROUS!

I was at my middle nephew Logan's race.  It was in Oct 07, I was on leave en-route to Korea for my second short tour.  This picture was taken by my youngest nephew Dylan who at the time was 4 years old.  There was nothing special about this day other then I was spending time with my family and it made me feel like the luckiest girl in the world.  All too often I'm taken away from my family to do my job.  But, I do it because I feel it's important they grown up in a world with the same freedoms I did.  I felt very GLAMOROUS that day because I was just being me, not trying to impress anyone, just enjoying the beautiful California weather and watching my nephew WIN his race.  For me to be able to ensure their freedom, encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!

Brandy is GLAMOROUS!

This is a photo of me with my youngest of three sons, Liam.  On May 21, 2010, I graduated from Amberton University with my Masters of Science in Managerial Science.  I felt very GLAMOROUS that day because my family, including my three sons, were so proud of me!  I worked, and still work, very hard to set a good example for my children.  For them to be a part of such a huge milestone in my life, encapsulates GLAMOROUS-ity!
